Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to drive sales and build brand presence across multiple brands within the hospitality and design sectors in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pitching, planning and delivering market-leading campaigns for our commercial partners. You will be responsible for expanding our reach, fostering key client relationships and achieving sales targets through strategic business development.

This role will require weekly travel to KSA from Dubai with flexibility required for project milestones and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the hospitality and design sectors for the KSA market to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the F&B sector, large hotel groups, resorts, interior design firms, architects, and related clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients including hotel chains resort developers Mall groups and
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive activity within the hospitality and design industries.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients and partners.
  • Regularly report on sales pipeline, market feedback and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Travel weekly from Dubai to KSA to meet clients, visit project sites, attend industry events and explore new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and cultural considerations in the KSA hospitality and design markets.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within media; strong relationships with the hospitality sector preferred.
  • Strong network within the KSA hospitality and design sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
