Job summary

Unify Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to design, manage and support cloud and network infrastructure across client environments.

The role focuses on availability, security and performance, ensuring SLA compliance and acting as a senior escalation point for internal teams and clients, with hands-on work across AWS/Azure/GCP, IAM, PAM, IaC and containerized environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems administration or infra engineering.
• Strong hands-on with AWS, Azure and/or GCP; multi-cloud experience a plus.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, NAT, VPNs, firewalls, OSPF, BGP.
• IaC experience with Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM/Ansible.
• IAM and PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Vault.
• Scripting in Python, Bash and/or PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and monitoring/observability tools.
• Experience with PSA/RMM/ITSM ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Administer network infrastructure including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls and routing.
• Manage hybrid cloud connectivity (site-to-site VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute).
• Automate provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates and/or Ansible.
• Implement and maintain IAM and PAM controls.
• Monitor availability, capacity and performance within SLAs.
• Manage backups, DR and business continuity.
• Support cloud security and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Optimize cloud costs and performance.
• Support CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in onboarding, assessments and migrations.
• Manage incidents via PSA/RMM/ITSM platforms.
