Job summary

Rochester Regional Health in Dubai seeks a Clinical IT Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and system integrations for LIMS/LIS and related platforms. You will support CSV/CSA activities and coordinate with IT architecture teams to implement and maintain validated clinical systems.

Applicants should have a life sciences (or related) degree and at least 3 years in regulated clinical IT/biomedical environments, with experience in requirements workshops and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in clinical research and/or clinical IT systems (e.g., STARLIMS).
• 3 years in Business Analysis within regulated (GxP) environments.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, MPH, MHA) preferred.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of CDISC, SDTM, and clinical data standards preferred.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud-based clinical systems such as Veeva, Medidata, or Oracle Clinical preferred.
