Surbana Jurong invites expressions of interest for a Senior Civil Planning Engineer to support major infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead urban civil and infrastructure planning activities and advise on utilities during early project stages.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 12 years’ experience in urban planning, feasibility studies, and master planning, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in urban civil and infrastructure planning.
• Experience in wet and dry utilities planning.
• Experience with feasibility studies, pre-concept planning, framework plans, and concept master planning.
• Experience at Associate or Associate Director level preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
