Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Handle, design, develop and oversee small to large construction projects safely and on schedule.
Coordinate routes, construction, operations, and maintenance at the project site.
Estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, or labor.
Prepare or present reports, quotes, and method statements.
Provide guidance and resolve arising issues/deficiencies creatively.
Supervise staff and liaise with stakeholders.
Oversee structures/systems delivery and project reports.
Manage budget and procurement of equipment/materials.
Ensure compliance with permits, safety, and regulations.
Maintain familiarity with Dubai Community & Trakhees Portal.
