Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer in Dubai to join our team. The role focuses on designing plans for residential, commercial and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and 5+ years of experience in planning, design, construction, project management and risk analysis, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience in planning, design and construction of residential, commercial or industrial projects.
• Project management and risk analysis expertise.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design plans for residential, commercial or industrial projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor costs associated with the project.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers or technicians.
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure timely completion.
