Zusammenfassung

KBR is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor – Civil for an onshore site in Abu Dhabi, supporting mega EPC projects in the oil & gas sector. You will supervise civil construction activities and coordinate with multiple functions to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery.

The role requires 10–15 years of civil construction experience, with a focus on earthworks, foundations, and infrastructure for oil & gas facilities. NEBOSH/IOSH preferred, site leadership essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10–15 years of civil construction experience in oil & gas.
• Experience supervising onshore MEGA EPC projects.
• Professional certifications in construction management or safety preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, roads and utilities.
• Monitor daily construction progress and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and Project Controls teams.
• Lead and direct contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and stop unsafe work practices.
