Job summary

Al Mutasel Groupe is seeking an experienced HVAC maintenance supervisor in the UAE to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for chillers, VRF and split units.

The role leads a team of technicians, ensures safety and on-time completion, and maintains thorough documentation while engaging professionally with tenants and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in HVAC maintenance, specifically with chillers, VRF, and split units.
• Previous UAE experience in maintenance companies with familiarity of local standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when engaging with tenants.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Oversight: Perform and oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) and repair of various HVAC systems, VRF systems, and split units.
• PPM Knowledge: Ensure that all Chillers are serviced according to established schedules and maintenance procedures.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of technicians, provide on-the-job training as needed, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Tenant Interaction: Engage professionally with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns with a positive attitude.
• Scheduling & Time Management: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure all jobs are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs performed.
