Overview of the Role

We are looking for a Senior Change Manager, a master practitioner of change—someone who treats change management as a craft, blending deep expertise, behavioral insight, and structured methods to deliver people‑centered transformation across our strategic portfolio. In this role, you’ll enable individuals and teams to adopt new ways of working, aligned to high‑impact initiatives across Al‑Futtaim Automotive in the UAE and internationally.

What You Will Do
  • Create and embed a global change management framework, processes, and tools for Al Futtaim Automotive UAE and International.
  • Establish a culture of change across the global network.
  • Formulate and drive the organization‑level change management strategy to accelerate the realization of our overall strategic goals and objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure buy‑in and support for change initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of change initiatives, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of change initiatives to ensure they deliver the expected benefits.
  • Plan and execute change management plans for transformation projects and programs.
  • Ensure the effective adoption of change management practices across the organization by developing a roadmap and action plan as well as driving the change management program.
  • Support transformation projects/programs by creating and executing change management plans.
  • Develop an effective and tailored communication and engagement strategy that meets the desired benefits and outcomes in alignment with the strategic direction as well as select the ideal communication tools to be adopted across the division.
  • Define KPIs to assess benefit realization.
  • Undertake change impact assessments including internal and external stakeholder impact analysis.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis for impacted stakeholders including the approach and roadmap for the delivery of effective training sessions, materials and tools.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Science (preferred); PROSCI (or equivalent) preferred; Master’s/MBA is an asset.
  • 5+ years hands‑on change management experience (or in operational/team leadership or project management) with proven success leading transformational programmes in an Automotive operational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading transformational projects/programs within an Automotive Operational environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
About the Team

You will join the Strategy & Transformation Business Unit within the Automotive Division, operating as part of a Centre of Excellence (COE) and reporting into the Head of Strategy and Transformation. The team partners across our global automotive network to deliver high quality transformation and adoption.
