Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise IP networks across multiple sites. The role emphasizes reliability, security and scalable infrastructure.

You will work with senior IT teams on routers, switches, firewalls and Wi‑Fi, perform network troubleshooting, documentation (LLD/HLD) and support for projects with a multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics, Telecom, IT or Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise network implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge: TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and network security.
• Experience with Cisco networking and WiFi solutions; HP/Huawei/Cambium a plus.
• Familiarity with IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), subnetting, and network management software.
• Understanding LDAP, DNS, RADIUS and TACACS+.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain enterprise network hardware and applications.
• Plan, configure and implement data network infrastructure & WiFi with customers and partners.
• Install and configure firewalls.
• Provide post-sales support to customers.
• Act as SME and assist with technical support issues.
• Assist technical managers in new product & tools development and evaluation.
• Submit weekly reports on operations and projects with cost savings.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for multi-vendor data networks.
• Provide project implementation support and documentation.
• Prepare/validate LLD, HLD and related documents.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
