• Strong fashion education background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth and profitability through comprehensive business plans.
• Manage category merchandising planning, budgets, and stock turns across territories.
• Lead design, quality, and product assortment decisions with Design Head.
• Develop and maintain vendor base; negotiate terms and drive cost reductions.
• Set KRAs, supervise team performance, and ensure effective people management.
• Conduct competitive research and map prices/ products to inform strategy.
