Job Description:

Key Accountabilities of the role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Process proposals to requests to add / update companies, business entities to ADIB approved list of companies, with evaluation against policy / market study and feedback. Follow ups with all stakeholder levels and discussion with Credit Policy Risk for timely updates and execution to target market lists.
  2. Engagement with internal business stakeholders inclusive Corporate and WBG relationships to enhancement business relationships and partnerships for Retail Business output
  3. Liaison and point of contact interaction for company for clarification and proposal readiness as part of listing engagements, engaging as key relationship point on behalf of Retail
  4. Preparation of tracking and MIS on proposal status timeline, output, effective monitor, proposals and timely updates to stakeholders and management as necessary
  5. Execute any additional activities or assignments deployed by senior management based on business needs.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  1. 1-Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business administration, finance, or related field)
  2. 2.5 years' experience in roles of portfolio analysis, credit (corporate / retail), policy & procedures, market surveys (preferred)
  3. 3.5 years' experience in retail banking - front line sales and/or back office support preferred
  4. 4-Organizational talent: has strong planning and multitasking skills, can address many issues simultaneously
  5. 5-Strong written and oral communication skills
  6. 6-Strong team player
  7. 7-Willingness to travel within the UAE and to other countries where ADIB has retail presence
