Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Business Analyst with a recognized financial qualification (CA/CMA/CPA) and strong experience in Power BI and data analytics. The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise with data visualization and business intelligence to support strategic planning and decision-making across departments.

1. Lead financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
2. Design and develop dynamic dashboards and business reports using Power BI and Excel.
3. Analyze large datasets to derive business insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Build and maintain data models that support forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
5. Present insights and analysis to management with clear business narratives and visualizations.
6. Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to streamline reporting and automate workflows.
7. Support P&L analysis, cost control, and business planning using structured data-driven approaches.
8. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with reporting standards.
9. Qualified CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
10. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or financial data reporting.
11. Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing.
12. Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL and ERP/BI systems.
13. Excellent financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business value.
14. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
15. Experience in the UAE or GCC market preferred.
