Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in consulting, inspection, and testing building envelope components.
• Working knowledge of building envelope technologies for roofing, waterproofing, and exterior wall cladding.
• Preferred certifications: Engineer in Training (EIT), RCI Professional Registrations.

Responsibilities

• Review project building envelope requirements and assist in component selection.
• Conduct field assessments and inspections of building envelope components.
• Prepare detailed reports with photos, findings, and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple projects within requirements and budgets.
