Qualifications

• 25 years of hands-on experience in bioprocess development or biochemical manufacturing.

• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize biochemical processes including fermentation and cell culture.
• Scale laboratory processes to pilot and industrial scale.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams on bioprocess technologies.
• Conduct process simulations and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and industry standards.
• Evaluate and select equipment suitable for biochemical manufacturing.
