Job summary

Parsons in Abu Dhabi Emirate seeks a Senior BIM Specialist - Infrastructure to develop and coordinate BIM models for major infrastructure projects. You will ensure model quality, align with project standards, and support multi-disciplinary teams across bridges, tunnels, and pump stations.

The role requires strong Revit/BIM 360/ACC/Dynamo skills, CDE experience, and a proactive approach to automation and data management. A senior-level professional with 10+ years in BIM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years BIM modelling experience on infrastructure projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit, BIM 360, ACC, Dynamo, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of CDE workflows, QA/QC procedures, and multidisciplinary coordination

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for structural and infrastructure projects
• Prepare BIM content for bridges, tunnels, pump stations, and utilities
• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans and client standards
• Perform model coordination, clash detection, and quality reviews
• Support CDE workflows and maintain data accuracy
• Produce BIM deliverables and model-based drawings
• Coordinate with civil, structural, utilities, and other teams
• Review models for geometry, data completeness, and constructability
• Assist with BIM standards and QA/QC checks
• Contribute to BIM workflow improvements
