Job summary

A healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Billing Officer. The ideal candidate will manage all billings for the assigned business unit, working closely with Client Services, Sales, and Operations. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, data entry, verifying completeness and accuracy, and optimizing the billing process. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in billing and collections, a finance qualification, and exceptional communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in handling billings and collections from external customers.
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to align billing requirements and create/send invoices.
• Prepare and issue invoices based on contracts and purchase orders.
• Verify invoices for completeness and accuracy.
