Kayali is hiring a BI/Data Engineer to own and optimize data platforms across Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Power BI. You will build pipelines, model data, and deliver trusted dashboards for executives.

Bring 5+ years in data reporting/engineering with strong Azure expertise, SQL, Python, and a focus on scalable, secure data solutions. This role is based in Dubai with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reporting and data engineering domain with 3+ years on Azure data platforms.
• Strong hands-on with Power BI and Azure Databricks.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; good data modelling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data platform architecture on Azure ecosystem.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines (Databricks, PySpark, ELT/ETL).
• Build and tune Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure secure data access with RBAC and governance tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data solutions and deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance, cost, and reliability of data workloads.
