You will shape containerization patterns, deployment strategies, and fault-tolerance for edge environments, balancing performance and resilience in challenging network conditions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend experience and ownership of large-scale systems.
• Proven track record in system design and architecture decisions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, edge compute, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Architect backend systems moving data between cloud and edge environments.
• Make core design calls on containerization and cloud-to-edge deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers building physical and product sides to define needs.
• Diagnose and fix hard production issues related to latency and reliability.
• Raise the technical bar for the backend team as we scale.
