The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and banking domain exposure.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
Proficient in SQL and Python.
Experience with ETL, data ingestion, and data transformation.
Banking domain experience preferred.
Based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure.
Develop ETL and data ingestion processes using Azure Data Factory.
Build and manage data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks.
Perform data transformation and processing using SQL and Python.
Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot data pipeline and cloud data engineering issues.
Support data integration and ingestion from multiple sources.
Maintain data quality and consistency across data pipelines.
Use Git and code repositories for version control and collaborative development.
Monitor and improve cloud data engineering workflows.
Collaborate with data, technology, and business teams to deliver data solutions.
