ADEPTS Chartered Accountants in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Senior Auditor to lead external audits, review financial statements, and deliver well-supported findings. You will coordinate fieldwork, resolve queries, and communicate with clients while maintaining professional scepticism and detail-orientation.

The role requires CA finalist/ACCA/CPA with a bachelor's degree and five years' audit experience, strong IFRS/ISA knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and audit software. UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CA finalist, ACCA or CPA with bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years of external audit experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Experience auditing revenue, receivables, inventory, PPE, payables and closing.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and audit documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with audit software.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• UAE audit experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute external audits with audit managers and engagement partners.
• Coordinate fieldwork, resolve audit queries, and deliver engagements efficiently.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting working papers.
• Address review points and ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters.
• Supervise junior staff and provide constructive feedback on work quality.
• Monitor engagement timelines and budgets, upholding audit quality.
