Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Associate - Landscape to lead design, delivery and client engagement across our Middle East portfolio. You’ll shape outcomes, grow key client relationships and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver resilient, context-driven solutions.

Role requires extensive leadership in large-scale projects, strong coordination across disciplines, and proficiency with Revizto, Rhino/Grasshopper and BIM-enabled workflows. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture
• 12–15+ years’ experience with large-scale landscape projects
• Proven leadership in design quality, interdisciplinary coordination, and project delivery
• Demonstrable experience navigating regional authority requirements and approvals
• Proficiency in Revizto /Rhino/Grasshopper; familiarity with BIM/digital workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design across all project stages with emphasis on design excellence and value.
• Set design direction, conduct quality reviews, and align with briefs, budgets and programs.
• Champion climate-appropriate, water-wise and resilient landscape strategies for MEA conditions.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk and change across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with urban design, architecture, civil, MEP, environmental and cost teams.
• Oversee technical deliverables and ensure digital standards are followed.
• Lead design presentations and manage client feedback to maintain scope and quality.
• Navigate regional authority processes for approvals and compliance.
• Conduct regular project reviews to align with client objectives.
• Deliver internal and external training to raise team capabilities.
• Develop and implement digital tools/workflows to improve efficiency.
