Job summary

Consultant Engneers LLC in Dubai seeks an Associate Landscape Architect to coordinate and lead landscape and public realm projects across the UAE and region. You will mentor junior staff, promote best practice, and drive BIM-enabled design, AI workflows, and digital project management to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, broad technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant Landscape Architecture experience.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, technical, and project delivery capabilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture; chartership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landscape projects from concept design through delivery.
• Lead design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Mentor Senior LAs, Graduates, and BIM professionals.
• Ensure BIM-enabled design and AI-enabled workflows are used.
• Maintain design quality, technical standards, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple office locations.
