Job summary
WSP Middle East is seeking an Associate Director – Transport Planning & Mobility to lead complex transport planning and mobility projects across the UAE and wider Middle East. You will provide technical leadership, client advisory services, and oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated smart mobility solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in transport planning, civil engineering, urban planning, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
- Chartered or professionally accredited status desirable (CIHT/TPS/ICE/ITE).
- 12–18 years of professional transport planning experience.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary transport planning assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of transport planning and mobility assignments in UAE and ME.
- Provide technical guidance on master plans, TIAs, TIS, TOD studies, and PT planning.
- Review reports, models, and client deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, and commercial performance.
- Mentor junior staff and develop capabilities within the team.
- Engage with clients, authorities, and developers to secure work.
