Bloomberg Media Studios in Dubai seeks a full-time Senior Art Director skilled in conceptual thinking, storytelling, and typography, with experience producing branded content. You will conceive ideas at the intersection of client objectives and audience needs using Bloomberg’s data and insights and translate them across video, social, and experiential formats.

The role combines hands-on design with direction of partners and freelancers, maintaining high-quality work on budget and schedule.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of design experience with strong typography and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in branded storytelling across video, print, podcasts, and experiential formats.
• Ability to translate data-driven insights into creative concepts.

Mansioni

• Conceive creative ideas at the intersection of client objectives and audience needs using Bloomberg’s data and insights.
• Use design as a storytelling medium across formats—storyboards, video graphics, digital destinations, live activations, and more.
• Advocate for best-in-class ideas and design solutions in partnership with the Europe Studio team and global design leadership.
• Establish visual systems for branded storytelling across formats – video, social, live events.
• Uphold high quality of work and translate latest design and social platform shifts for Bloomberg audiences.
• Participate in proposals and brainstorms that grow the Studio’s value for clients.
• Communicate the vision and rationale to external and internal teams clearly.
• Function as both individual contributor and director with production partners and freelancers.
• Proactively grow the studio’s freelance network.
