Job summary

Zohorecruit in Dubai seeks a Senior Architectural Technician to lead the production of construction drawings for high-end, award-winning projects from concept through completion. The role requires strong technical detailing and the ability to maintain company standards across complex, large-scale residential, hotel, commercial, mixed-use and leisure schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Excellent AutoCAD, MS Project and Revit skills
• Has gravitas to work across multiple sectors
• Must be able to demonstrate previous experience maintaining company technical standards
• MCIAT or TCIAT qualification would be very beneficial

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the Project Architects.
• Coordinate and chair meetings with the sub consultants.
• Produce regular project report updates. Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Liaise with local authorities.
• Liaise with sub consultants, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Assist the team with project management.
• Review and amend all Project Architects drawings.
