Job summary

A leading contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Draftsman to prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in architecture or civil engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the UAE/GCC. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and knowledge of Revit is an advantage. Immediate availability is a must for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of detailing construction methods and drafting standards.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability to join.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with design engineering and site teams to ensure drawings reflect design intent.
• Modify and revise drawings based on comments from consultants, engineers or construction teams.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority regulations and project standards.
• Assist in preparing asbuilt drawings and documentation for project closeout.
