Allocation Assist Middle East is looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist—Arabic Speaking to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This full‑time position comes with an attractive salary package of 45,000‑65,000 Dirhams per month, reflecting the vital role in delivering adult mental health services.

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree in Psychiatry, with consultant-level certification and at least five years of experience in adult psychiatry. Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic communication skills in both written and spoken form.
• Minimum five years of consultant-level experience in adult psychiatry.
• DHA eligibility or readiness to complete Dubai licensure requirements.
• Strong understanding of multicultural patient care and Middle Eastern social sensitivities.
• Excellent diagnostic, interpersonal, and therapeutic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for adult patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans covering medication, therapy, and long-term recovery strategies.
• Provide psychopharmacological treatment and monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Support patients dealing with mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, anxiety, depression, and psychosis.
• Work closely with psychologists, therapists, social workers, and primary-care physicians for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR systems.
• Participate in medical reviews, case discussions, and clinical governance activities.
