Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of accounting experience with hands-on AP/AR
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials AP/AR/GL modules
• Experience in reconciliations, month-end closing, and resolving accounting/system issues
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Process and review Accounts Payable transactions including vendor invoices and payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable transactions including customer invoices and receipts
• Perform regular vendor and customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end closing activities and reconcile AP/AR balances with the GL
• Investigate and resolve Oracle Fusion transaction issues and posting errors
• Assist Finance in clearing backlogs after Oracle Fusion implementation
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and customers on finance queries
• Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations and reports for Finance
• Ensure transactions comply with accounting policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion AP/AR processes to Finance users
