The role involves planning feasibility studies, developing architecture, collaborating with Cybersecurity, and leading projects to ensure scope, time, cost, quality, and procurement compliance. Strong ERP and governance knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with process owners to identify needs and explore scalable IT solutions.
• Plan feasibility studies, business cases, RFPs and PoCs following project management methods.
• Create architecture specifications and high-level designs for new deployments.
• Collaborate with Security functions to develop guidelines and policies.
• Lead projects ensuring scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Design test plans and conduct UAT; support users under SLAs.
• Evaluate off-the-shelf packages for fit with business processes.
• Provide technical support for ERP and enterprise solutions implementations.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Senior Analyst (Group Commercial & Financial Solutions) deploys, customizes, maintains, and supports high quality, cost effective Commercial & Financial solutions to meet ADNOC Group digital business requirements. Senior Analyst plans, coordinates and participates in development of domain specific strategies and plans and in evaluations and reviews of business processes required for new solutions deployment, existing applications and services change management, applications security and controls, and enhancements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Partner with Group Commercial & Financial process owners to identify technological needs and explore solutions to build and maintain scalable and agile IT solutions. Plan and conduct feasibility studies, business cases, RFPs and PoCs following project management methodology. Create architecture specifications and high-level design documentation. Collaborate with corporate Group Digital & Cybersecurity Security function to develop guidelines and policies. Lead development programs and projects ensuring efficient project management considering approach, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communications, risks management, and procurement. Design and implement test plans and conduct UAT. Support business users in line with pre-set SLAs. Evaluate off-the-shelf packages to ascertain fitness with existing business processes. Technically support existing ERP and other enterprise solutions implementations. Develop required interfaces between various solutions. Plan and implement maintenance and enhancement initiatives. Provide technical expertise, on-site presence, and data backup recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years relevant IT experience with emphasis on IT solutions, application development and project management. Managing consultant experience from a top tier IT consultancy firm preferred. Knowledge of IT architecture tools, ERP system architecture, and IT governance.
