Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in a fully remote setup. You will work on NLP, forecasting, and anomaly detection models, plus LLM-powered apps using RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.

You will implement CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, and deployment of AI services via Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, ensuring governance, observability, and security across lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or technical engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Strong Machine Learning and AI/ML Engineering experience.
• Experience with NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, retrieval and ranking, and AI agents.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI/LLM evaluation.
• Strong MLOps and LLMOps knowledge.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD.
• Experience developing REST and gRPC APIs.
• Experience with model monitoring and performance management.
• Knowledge of AI governance and model lifecycle management.
• Understanding of data quality, security, scalability, and observability.
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and maintain production-grade machine learning and AI models.
• Develop models for NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection.
• Build LLM-powered applications using RAG, embeddings, retrieval, and ranking.
• Develop and integrate AI agents into production solutions.
• Implement LLMOps and MLOps practices across AI/ML lifecycles.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for AI and machine learning applications.
• Build AI services using REST and gRPC APIs.
• Deploy AI services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Implement model evaluation and performance-monitoring processes.
• Develop model drift detection and lifecycle-management capabilities.
• Implement monitoring and observability for production AI systems.
• Support data quality, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
