Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an AI Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team building next-generation AI-powered applications. You will work on complex LLM-based systems, design intelligent workflows, and develop production-ready AI solutions that address real-world problems.

You will collaborate with software engineers, product teams and domain experts to build scalable AI capabilities across platforms.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience designing complex LLM-based applications.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for agentic AI workflows.
• Experience creating evaluation frameworks and performance metrics.
• Strong Python development experience for production systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance production-grade LLM-powered applications.
• Develop prompt architectures and agentic AI workflows.
• Build evaluation frameworks and meaningful metrics for model performance.
• Design and implement scalable software solutions using Python.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and backend systems.
• Prototype, test and productionise new AI features and model interactions.
• Improve quality, safety, and observability through monitoring and guardrails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and share knowledge with the engineering team.
