Role Purpose

• Why this role matters: As a key enabler within our Data & AI organization you will drive the end-to-end delivery of machine learning, data science and AI products that unlock business value. You will act as the strategic link between business objectives and technical execution playing a crucial role in Beyond ONE’s transformation into an AI driven company.
• What success looks like: In your first year you will structure and lead a clear roadmap for AI and data product delivery by understanding business needs prioritizing impact driven initiatives aligning resources and driving cross functional execution. You will bring clarity and focus to a complex ecosystem by organizing deliverables and managing tradeoffs across regions and technical stacks.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:
Act as the product owner for AI machine learning and data science initiatives understanding business needs shaping roadmaps and ensuring delivery across functions.
Coordinate data science and AI experts alongside business stakeholders to define priorities structure deliverables and align on measurable outcomes.
Build and manage the roadmap for AI and data products ensuring business alignment resource availability and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with teams across Engineering Data Science Product BI and regional markets to drive platform wide consistency and delivery excellence.
Ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement setting priorities and timelines across a diverse set of ongoing initiatives.
Translate complex business problems into actionable data enabled opportunities that create tangible business impact.

Qualifications & Attributes

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:

• Education: MBA or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or Business with a strong data focus.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience leading data and AI products as part of large scale transformation or replatforming programs.
• Technical Skills:
  Musthaves: Deep understanding of machine learning capabilities use cases and value creation; proven experience collaborating with data scientists and technical teams to deliver real world AI/ML applications. Strong grasp of common data challenges including data quality availability and infrastructure constraints.
  Nicetohaves: Familiarity with data product management frameworks, MLOps practices or enterprise level AI deployments.
• Unique Attributes:
  Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long term product vision against urgent business needs.
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable aligning priorities across technical and non technical audiences.
  Operates well in cross functional environments coordinating among multiple business and technical teams in dynamic settings.
