Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a track record in AI or data-intensive products.
• Hands-on coding and architectural leadership across large-scale systems.
• Ability to prototype rapidly and translate concepts into production-grade solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and exec leadership.
• Strong understanding of current AI research and practical translation to software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Innovation by identifying whitespace opportunities and modernizing legacy solutions.
• Prototype and build high-impact AI and data infrastructure systems.
• Own the architectural roadmap and set the strategic R&D direction.
