Job summary

Mada Media seeks a hands-on AI/automation leader to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable Python services, LLM orchestration, and API integrations across enterprise platforms.

You will prototype rapidly with stakeholders, ensure reliable deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP, and drive continuous improvement through testing, monitoring, and governance. A strong background in AI/ML and RPA is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field; 8–12 years of experience in relevant technology/software engineering.
• 3+ years in AI/ML, LLM applications, intelligent automation, or closely related technologies; Master’s degree would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Develop document intelligence solutions using OCR and LLM-based extraction and validation.
• Design and implement API integrations connecting permit databases, CRM, finance/ERP, e-signature, payment gateways, government-facing systems, and other enterprise platforms using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Build and orchestrate end-to-end automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, or custom Python services.
• Develop RPA solutions to automate activities within legacy systems and external portals.
• Develop Python-based services, data-processing components, and LLM orchestration solutions.
• Design and maintain SQL databases, data models, and data pipelines.
• Build lightweight internal apps and dashboards for business users to interact with workflows and insights.
• Apply Git-based version control, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Deploy AI/automation solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with proper monitoring and error handling.
• Develop reporting and visualization solutions for operational insights.
• Prototype and iterate with business users, ensuring adoption and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate performance, build test datasets, and improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
