Job summary

Presight is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging technical learning experiences that enable employees, customers, and partners to maximize Presight's AI products and platforms. You will translate complex concepts into learner-centered programs with strong instructional design and facilitation skills.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success, and UX to keep content accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or similar roles within software/AI/data analytics environments.
• Experience working with AI, Generative AI, ML, data analytics, or intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of comprehensive technical training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Build learning paths covering Presight products, AI solutions, platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, deployment workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Develop instructor-led training, self-paced modules, onboarding programs, certification materials, workshops, and technical documentation.
• Continuously review and enhance learning programs based on product evolution and learner feedback.
