Job summary

GSSTech Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer (AI Agents & GenAI) in Dubai to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agent solutions and microservices integrated with enterprise platforms. You will work in a backend-focused role leveraging Node.js/TypeScript and modern agent frameworks to orchestrate multi-step workflows, tool calls, and secure API integration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, strong Node.js/TypeScript

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, AI agents, and backend services.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong Node.js/TypeScript backend development experience.
Experience with LangChain and LangGraph or similar agent frameworks.
Familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Excellent technical documentation and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Translate complex business requirements into AI agent solutions using LangChain/LangGraph or Oracle AI Agent Studio.
Design and execute multi-step agentic workflows with agent/tool calls and supervisor/worker patterns.
Implement context management, model selection, caching, and guardrails to optimize latency and reduce hallucinations.
Establish and manage workflow triggers across event-based, cron, webhook-based, and user-initiated flows.
Build and maintain backend microservices using Node.js and TypeScript; integrate with REST/SOAP APIs and databases.
Set up testing, monitoring, logging, and long-term documentation for maintainability.
