Job summary

Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center (AMMROC) in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Training Instructor to deliver formal, regulatory, and technical training to AMMROC personnel and customers. You will develop materials, align with standards, and ensure safety and effectiveness of course delivery.

The role requires strong instructional design knowledge, SAT familiarity, and the ability to work with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

Proven knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
Valid civilian aircraft maintenance license or certificate (e.g., Mechanical A&P, B1/B2) and/or equivalent military certification.
Minimum of 5 years in a technical training role with SAT understanding.

Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions safely and in compliance with standards.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and documentation.
Develop case studies, practical exercises, and learning scenarios.
Contribute to design and development of classroom and computer-based training materials.
Monitor attendance, engagement, and performance; provide feedback.
Maintain training records and support audit processes.
