Job summary

AECOM are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to be based in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high-volume recruitment for construction supervision roles across the Middle East, acting as a 360-degree recruiter in a consultancy environment.

The candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, source proactively, screen and interview candidates, and manage offers with onboarding in collaboration with Mobilization teams.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Middle East market and recruitment practices.
• Experience in managing recruitment for technical and engineering roles within a consultancy environment, in particular within the transportation and infrastrcture sectors.
• Previous experience focusing on high volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East region.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, internal systems and networks.
• Build relationships with hiring managers across geographies to ensure recruitment delivery.

Job Description

AECOM are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to be based in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-volume recruitment needs, particularly for construction supervision roles. The ideal candidate will be a 360-degree recruiter with prior exposure to high-volume recruitment in a consultancy environment, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal hiring managers across geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East region.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging internal recruiting systems, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipeline building to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Middle East region to ensure seamless communication and recruitment delivery.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes in collaboration with the Mobilization team.
• Maintain accurate candidate, hiring manager and recruitment activity records within the ATS to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.
• Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment KPI's.
• Monitor personal performance against recruitment metrics, proactively adjusting strategies to achieve business demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field. from an accredited university.

Experience & Skills

• Familiarity with Middle East market and recruitment practices.
• Experience in managing recruitment for technical and engineering roles within a consultancy environment, in particular within the transportation and infrastrcture sectors
• Previous experience focusing on high volume recruitment
