Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized system.
• Participate in various department projects lead by senior staff.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees or as needed.
• Coordinate the resolution of department policy & procedure problems & inquiries.
• Generate reports & develop reporting system as per assigned by the line manager.
• Perform general administrative tasks: coordination, follow up, feedback ... etc to ensure daily work is performed completely & in a timely manner.
• Act on behalf of superior when he/she is absent.
• Conduct awareness campaigns targeting the public based on community health needs assessments and departmental action plans.
• Support public health research initiatives to identify and evaluate community health needs, in coordination with relevant research units.
• Assist in preparing and submitting periodic and ad-hoc reports on outreach and public health educational initiatives to aid in evidence-based decision-making.
• Design and disseminate health education materials to address urgent public health issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelors in related faculty desired.
