Job summary

A leading e-commerce company is seeking an experienced administrative manager to oversee administrative management and logistics services for their parks in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce warehousing. Strong communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software are necessary. Key responsibilities include establishing administrative systems, promoting employee satisfaction initiatives, and managing visa applications.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist superiors in establishing the administrative management system, processes, and framework for the parks.
  2. Responsible for administrative management, logistics services, and cultural construction for the parks, independently handle external personnel liaison work, and arrange related outreach meetings and activities properly.
  3. Responsible for the cost settlement of administrative projects, assist superiors in formulating monthly/annual departmental budgets, and analyze and compare monthly expenses for the administrative module and various regions, providing regular analysis reports monthly.
  4. Plan, organize, implement, and promote large‑scale corporate care projects for the company, supporting administrative care services across various parks.
  5. Responsible for enhancing employee service experience and quality improvement, releasing and analyzing quarterly employee satisfaction surveys regarding logistics service guarantees such as food, accommodation, transportation, and environment.
  6. Assist superiors in enhancing administrative team capabilities, establish an administrative performance appraisal mechanism, conduct training on related business knowledge courses, and continuously improve administrative professionalism.
  7. Liaise with visa suppliers, and manage the preparation and follow‑up of visa applications for locally recruited employees.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in a comparable position, experience in the e-commerce warehousing related industry is preferred.
  2. Capable of document and copywriting, proficient in office software such as Office.
  3. Good communication and expression skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities, as well as internal and external communication capabilities and logical thinking skills.
  4. Proficient in office software and Excel, strong data collection and analysis abilities, familiarity with administrative cost control management knowledge is preferred.
