Job summary

A leading asset management company in the UAE is looking for a Senior Associate - Accounts Receivable. You will be responsible for managing leasing transactions and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. The role requires oversight of accounts receivable processes, compliance with UAE regulations, and strong engagement with tenants and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance and at least 8-10 years of experience in asset management or real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance required.
• Professional certification in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recording of leasing transactions in the Farvision system.
• Ensure accurate billing and collection for all types of receivables.
• Review lease agreements to ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Maintain adherence to UAE VAT and Accounting standards.
