Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Executive – Treasury and Payables to support the financial operations of our esteemed client. This role involves managing large-scale banking activities, ESCROW account handling, and bulk payment processing related to property transactions, while ensuring compliance with RERA and UAE financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will have solid treasury experience in a real estate environment, with a strong command of payment systems, loan reconciliation, and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee bulk payments, fund transfers, and unit buyer collections, ensuring timely disbursements to vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and resolve payment failures, delays, and rerouting, especially for high-volume property-related transactions.
  • Administer ESCROW account openings and manage them in full compliance with RERA and UAE Central Bank regulations.
  • Prepare and validate bank transfer letters, and coordinate with legal, sales, and finance teams to align on accurate payment documentation.
  • Maintain and enhance treasury systems and cash flow forecasting tools to optimize liquidity management for multiple real estate projects.
  • Manage and reconcile loan disbursements and repayments linked to project financing or corporate facilities.
  • Perform detailed bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across hundreds of project and operational accounts (experience managing 700+ accounts is a plus).
  • Serve as a liaison with local and international banks to manage guarantees, facility documentation, and cash positioning.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for project-related insurance coverage, renewals, and claim settlements.
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS standards, company policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support internal and external audits with treasury and bank-related data.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA guidelines, ESCROW regulations, and real estate fund flows.
  • Experience working with developers, contractors, and project consultants is preferred.
  • Proven track record in banking coordination, payment processing, and loan reconciliation.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and treasury management systems (TMS).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and project registration processes.
  • Knowledge of insurance coordination for real estate assets and projects.
  • Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize under pressure.
  • Experience with real estate escrow structures and project finance.
