Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) in Dubai seeks an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to oversee day-to-day operations, including journals, AR/AP, reconciliations, and monthly close in line with Masdar policies and IFRS.

You will manage payroll, maintain the fixed assets register, monitor cash flow, prepare management reports, and support project accounting across renewables initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, cash management, UAE VAT, financial and management reporting.
• Prior experience in Renewable Energy projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Oracle ERP; strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial terms clearly.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily AP/AR activities and ensure compliance with processes.
• Enter journals, manage cash flow, and reconcile monthly statements.
• Prepare month-end close, trial balance and financial reports.
• Maintain fixed assets register and payroll processing.
• Coordinate with banks for payments, bonds, guarantees and LC as required.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and prepare management analyses.
