Job summary

AlBayan Mena Technical Services Llc is seeking an experienced finance professional to prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards. You will perform detailed account reconciliations and provide actionable insights to management.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and professional certification such as CPA or CMA; a master's degree is a plus. Experience with SAP, Oracle, and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional certification (CPA or CMA) preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and identify discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities for management insight.
• Manage payroll processes ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and tax compliance.
