Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify variances and provide improvements.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Review and reconcile bank statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
