We are looking for a driven independent Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced SME environment and can confidently manage end-to-end accounting. From data input to preparing full management packs.

If you're a self-starter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership and is confident about managing operational finance and accounting, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial transactions including invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow and proactively flag potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and taxation requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and assurance providers for audits and compliance matters.
  • Lead bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate timely financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets and P&L reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage monthly quarterly and annual closing processes.
  • Maintain intercompany recharges and track inter-account transactions across multiple entities.
  • Conduct regular balance sheet schedule reviews and reconciliations.
  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in end-to-end accounting preferably within SMEs (Property Agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong command of bookkeeping reconciliations and month-end processes.
  • Confident in managing the full accounting cycle with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Logical thinker with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured and able to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working within a small collaborative team.
  • Must be able to manage multiple business entities and maintain structured workflows.
