Job summary

FINN Partners in Abu Dhabi is seeking a versatile PR professional to support multiple accounts across the Middle East practice in healthcare, travel and financial services. You will work in a small, start-up-style regional team and collaborate with junior staff, vendors, and internal departments to ensure high-quality execution and fast ramp-ups.

Qualifications

More about the role

Provide flexible, cross-account execution support across the Middle East practice's healthcare and health-travel and financial services client base, moving between accounts based on capacity need rather than sitting fixed on one.

Maintain consistent quality and pace of delivery across multiple concurrent accounts by providing an execution layer that can be deployed where the team needs it most in a given week.

What you’ll do

• Research, draft, and manage routine client projects across more than one industry vertical simultaneously (e.g. health and medical travel, and financial services)
• Handle day-to-day media inquiries and outreach across whichever account is currently assigned
• Develop and pitch stories to relevant trade, business, and consumer media, adapting tone and sourcing rigour to the sector; for example, compliance-aware framing for regulated financial clients, and sensitive sourcing for healthcare and medical content
• Draft and review materials (releases, Q&A, pitch notes) to each account's specific editorial standard
• Provide continuity across account handovers, briefing quickly on a new account's context, spokespeople, and sensitivities
• Support new business proposal development when capacity allows
• Maintain account administration (billing, activity reporting) for whichever accounts are currently assigned
• Work comfortably in a small, start-up-style team environment, picking up new projects quickly and adjusting to different clients' working styles with minimal ramp-up time
• No single fixed reporting line; receives day-to-day direction from whichever account lead they are supporting that week or sprint. Works across the health, travel, and financial services client base.
• Works with junior account handlers, internal service departments, external vendors, news media, and other PR and advertising agencies, depending on the account assigned.

Experience that contributes to success

• Minimum 2-3 years' agency PR experience
• Fluent in English, with confident, comfortable writing skills across different tones and formats
• Demonstrated ability to work across sectors without a long ramp-up time — this role rewards adaptability over deep specialism in any one vertical
• Comfortable with regulated-industry content discipline (financial services compliance, healthcare sourcing standards)
• Strong writing and media relations fundamentals
• Comfortable in a small, start-up-style regional team; able to move between different projects and accounts quickly, without extensive process or handholding
• Arabic language skills a plus
• University degree
• Generalist agency experience across at least two of: healthcare/medical, financial services, or travel.
