Job summary

Convergint in Dubai is seeking an experienced security installation technician with CCTV experience for installation, repair and maintenance of security systems. Under supervision of Project Engineer you will perform skilled work, including minor carpentry and drilling as needed.

You will travel to client sites to install CCTV, access control and intrusion systems in commercial and high-end residential environments, read drawings, and use test equipment like digital multimeters while following

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in security services companies.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
High school diploma or IT-related certification is preferred.
Willingness to travel to client sites and work on varied schedules.

Responsibilities

Installs security system components, units and boards per Project Engineer instructions (e.g., cameras, detectors, locks).
Installs structured cabling for CCTV, access control, intrusion systems.
Installs and services IP surveillance, intrusion, and access control systems in commercial and high-end residential environments.
Travels to client sites for installation and service work.
Works independently or in groups, stays well organized, and multi-tasks.
Reads and interprets technical drawings and datasheets; follows safety practices.
