Security Supervisor

Are you a dynamic and vigilant leader who can bring a sense of safety and security to our guests and hotel premises As a Security Supervisor youll play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and security of our guests colleagues and premises. Youll help create a warm and welcoming environment where our guests feel safe and valued.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise the daytoday security force to ensure the safety and security of all guests employees and hotel property
• Design implement and train employees on Manage preventive security programs
• Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
• Conduct all investigations put up investigation papers /documents and report cases subversions potential liabilities and insurance requirements
• Assist colleagues in handling of unusual guests or employees issues such as but not limited to disorderly conduct theftsemployee or guest accidents fire or safety hazardsactivities civil disturbances power or elevator failures medical assistance and natural disasters
• Keep abreast of developments within the hotel and community as they relate to security as well as act as a liaison with local lawenforcement agencies
• Be fully conversant of current local laws and regulations as they relate to the hotel particularly in the area of guests patrons and employees rights

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a 5star luxury hotel.
• Ability to work under pressure multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to personal presentation.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in investigation interrogation and establishing reports.
